Refund Policy

At 13indianarts, we take great pride in offering unique, handcrafted brass items including god idols, temple figures, and vintage vases. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and often custom nature of our items, we accept returns or offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during shipping

• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

• The wrong item was sent

To be eligible for a return/refund:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging (if requested).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Slight variations in color, finish, or design that occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products

• Custom or personalized orders

Process for Refunds

1. Contact us at 13indianarts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos as applicable.

3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process (if applicable).

4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
